The artist and services on the website are professionally known under the stage name "Indigo Groove".
 

1. Age Rules and Restrictions

Purchase and use of the services on this website are intended and permitted solely for individuals aged 18 and older. By browsing and purchasing on this website, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are acting with the approval and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.


2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • DJ Services Cancellation Policy: Free Cancellation Window: When booking music services for events, you may cancel the scheduled date without charge up to 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event date will incur full cancellation fees, except in cases of force majeure.

  • Sound Services: Canceling a project after receiving an initial draft will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Transactions cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued, once the final mixing and editing stage has begun.

  • Telem HaKol : Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full lesson fee.

  • Cancellation by the Business: If the Business cancels a service due to force majeure, illness, or emergency circumstances, all prepaid funds will be refunded. The client waives any claim for compensation beyond this amount.

 

3. Limitation of Liability and Product Warranty

The Business is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages caused to the client or any third party as a result of using the services or products purchased on the website. In any event, the Business's liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the client for that specific service.

 

4. Supply and Shipping Policy

  • Digital Services: Website services consist of digital services, studio productions, or face-to-face/online sessions, and do not include physical product delivery.

  • Delivery Dates: Delivery schedules for musical projects will be determined in advance and in writing with the client, depending on the nature of the work.

  • Validity: All website transactions remain valid for fulfillment for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Scheduling: Online order synchronization with the schedule calendar happens automatically. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the order was received.

  • Please note that securing and paying for all music licenses and royalties (ACUM/The Federation) for the event is the responsibility of the client/venue. The client will cover any related costs or liabilities.

 

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal details provided during the order process (name, phone number, email) are used solely to perform the service, complete the order, and communicate with the client. The information is securely stored on the website and will not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party without your consent.
© All original content and musical works presented or produced within the framework of this website's services (including DJ services, YouTube broadcasts, acoustic performances, music production, and instruction) are protected under copyright laws and may not be used for commercial or any other purposes without prior written consent; correspondingly, the business is fully committed to respecting the intellectual property of third parties, and any use of others' music within our services is conducted strictly in accordance with the required legal licenses, including appropriate broadcasting, public performance, and educational licenses.

  • ביטול בטווח של פחות מ-14 ימים ממועד האירוע יחויב בדמי ביטול מלאים, למעט במקרי כוח עליון.
  • שירותי סאונד: ביטול פרויקט לאחר קבלת סקיצה ראשונית יחויב ב-50% מעלות השירות. לא ניתן לבטל את העסקה או לקבל החזר כספי לאחר תחילת שלב המיקס והעריכה הסופית.
  • שירותי הדרכת מוסיקה: ניתן לבטל או לשנות מועד שיעור ללא חיוב עד 24 שעות מראש. ביטול או שינוי בטווח של פחות מ-24 שעות יחויב בעלות השיעור המלאה.
  • ביטול מצד העסק: במקרה של ביטול השירות מצד העסק עקב כוח עליון, מחלה או נסיבות חירום, יוחזרו ללקוח כל הכספים ששולמו מראש, והלקוח מוותר על כל טענה לפיצוי מעבר לכך.
 
3. הגבלת אחריות ואחריות המוצר
העסק אינו אחראי לנזקים עקיפים, תוצאתיים או מיוחדים שייגרמו ללקוח או לצד שלישי כתוצאה משימוש בשירותים או במוצרים שנרכשו באתר. בכל מקרה, חבות העסק לא תעלה על הסכום ששולם בפועל על ידי הלקוח עבור אותו שירות.
 
4. מדיניות אספקה ומשלוחים
השירותים באתר הינם שירותים דיגיטליים, הפקות אולפן או מפגשים פרונטליים/אונליין ואינם כוללים אספקת מוצרים פיזיים במשלוח. מועדי אספקת פרויקטים מוזיקליים ייקבעו מראש ובכתב מול הלקוח בהתאם לאופי העבודה. כל העסקאות באתר בתוקף מימוש ל12 חודשים ובכפוף לתנאי השיבוץ המופיעים במדיניות.

אנו מכבדים את פרטיותך. הפרטים האישיים הנמסרים בעת ההזמנה (שם, טלפון, מייל) משמשים אך ורק לצורך ביצוע השירות, ההזמנה והתקשרות מול הלקוח. המידע נשמר בצורה מאובטחת באתר ולא יועבר, יימכר או יימסר לשום גורם שלישי ללא אישורך.

  • Permission: Any user logged into the account may modify or cancel an order, regardless of whether they are the account owner.

  • Cancellation by the Business: If the Business cancels the service due to force majeure, illness, or unforeseen emergency circumstances, all prepaid funds will be refunded. The client hereby waives any claim, demand, or lawsuit for compensation beyond this amount.

  • Description: 6-hour DJ set.

  • Location: At event venues based on the client's requested location.

  • Pricing & Delivery: The entire payment is made online, including a one one performance for 2,500 ILS.

  • Concept DJ Session

  • Description: 2-hour DJ session.

  • Location: At event venues based on the client's requested location.

  • Pricing & Delivery: The entire payment is made online, including a one one performance for 500 ILS.

  • Indigo Groove - Acoustic

  • Description: 6-hour acoustic performance / reception music.

  • Location: At event venues based on the client's requested location.

  • Pricing & Delivery: The entire payment is made online, including a one one performance for 2,500 ILS.

  • Concept Jam

  • Description: 2-hour jam session.

  • Location: At event venues based on the client's requested location.

  • Pricing & Delivery: The entire payment is made online, including a one one performance for 500 ILS.

  • Music Production Service Policy and Terms of Use

  • General & Booking Conditions

  • Age Rules and Restrictions: Purchase and use of the services on this website are intended and permitted solely for individuals aged 18 and older.   • Studio Presence: Studio services and sessions are intended for individuals aged 18 and older.

  • Minors Policy: Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by, or provide a written approval from a parent/legal guardian.

  • Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking Window: Service bookings can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance.

  • Calendar Synchronization: Online bookings automatically sync with the schedule calendar.

  • User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that their booking has been successfully received and confirmed.

  • Account Access: Any individual who logs into a user's account is authorized to modify or cancel a booking, even if they are not the primary account holder.

  • Validity: All website transactions remain valid for fulfillment for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Please note that securing and paying for all music licenses and royalties (ACUM/The Federation) for the event is the responsibility of the client/venue. The client will cover any related costs or liabilities.

  • Validity: All transactions remain valid for fulfillment for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Provider Cancellation: If the business cancels the service due to force majeure, illness, or unforeseen emergencies, all funds paid in advance will be fully refunded to the client.

  • Waiver of Claims: Upon receiving a full refund due to business cancellation, the client hereby waives any further claims, demands, or lawsuits for compensation beyond the refunded amount.

  • Project Work Stages & Stage-Specific Cancellations

  • Stage 1: Brief Approval – Aligning expectations and commencing project work.

  • Stage 2: Initial Sketch (Pre-Production / Rhythm Section) – Developing the song structure and basic rhythm.

  • Stage 3: Mix and Mastering (Post-Production) – Final touches and exporting the final audio file.

  • Stage 2 Cancellation Fee: Cancellation of the project after receiving the initial sketch will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  • Stage 3 Cancellation Policy: No cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued once the mixing and final editing stage has commenced.

  • Service Description: Full original music production or full remix creation.

  • Location: Mobile VST Studio / At the client's designated location.

  • Pricing & Delivery: The entire payment is made online, including a one production project for 2,500 ILS.

  • Service Name: Shir Hadash - Sound Editing

  • Service Description: Sound editing, radio jingles, website music, and recording speeches/vows.

  • Location: Mobile VST Studio / At the client's designated location.

  • Pricing & Delivery: The entire payment is made online, including a one production project for 500 ILS.

  • Instruction Service Policy and Terms of Use

מדיניות שירות ותנאי שימוש להפקה מוסיקלית

כללי והגבלת גיל: הרכישה והשימוש בשירותים באתר מיועדים ומותרים מגיל 18 ומעלה בלבד. בגלישתך וברכישתך באתר אתה מצהיר כי אתה בן 18 ומעלה, או פועל באישור ובליווי הורה/אפוטרופוס חוקי.

שלב 1: אישור ה'בריף' – תיאום ציפיות ותחילת עבודה.

שלב 2: סקיצה ראשונית (Pre-Production / Rhythm Section) – מבנה השיר והקצב הבסיסי.

שלב 3: מיקס ומאסטרינג (Post-Production) – פינישים וסגירת קובץ סופי.

ביטול הפרויקט לאחר קבלת סקיצה ראשונית יחויב ב-50% מעלות השירות.

לא ניתן לבטל את העסקה או לקבל החזר כספי לאחר תחילת שלב המיקס והעריכה הסופית.

כל מי שנכנס לחשבון המשתמש יוכל לבצע עבורו שינוי/ביטול בהזמנה גם אם הוא לא בעל החשבון.

במקרה של ביטול השירות מצד העסק עקב כוח עליון, מחלה או נסיבות חירום שאינן צפויות, יוחזרו ללקוח כל הכספים ששולמו מראש, והלקוח מוותר בזאת על כל טענה, דרישה או תביעה לפיצוי מעבר לסכום זה.

מחיר ואספקת השירות: התשלום כולו מתבצע אונליין, וכולל הפקה אחת במחיר 2,500 ש”ח.

שם השירות: שיר חדש - עריכת סאונד | Sound Editing

תיאור השירות: עריכת סאונד, גי'נגל לרדיו, מוסיקה לאתרים, הקלטת נאומים.

מיקום: אולפן VST נייד / במיקום הלקוח.

מחיר ואספקת השירות: התשלום כולו מתבצע אונליין, וכולל הפקה אחת במחיר 500 ש”ח.

מדיניות שירות ותנאי שימוש להדרכה

מחיר ואספקת השירות: התשלום כולו מתבצע אונליין, וכולל מפגש הדרכה במשך 30 דקות. ובמחיר 50 ש”ח.
